All Sales Are Final

Once shipped, orders are considered final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for supplements or beauty products that have been opened or used.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

We want you to feel cared for. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery using our Contact Form or by emailing care@awessentials.com.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  • We’ll review your request promptly and make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Unopened Items (Special Exception)

In limited cases, unopened items may be eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions and confirm eligibility.

Refunds (If Approved)

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for:

  • Opened or partially used bottles.
  • Skincare or beauty items once unsealed.
  • Orders reported outside the 7-day damaged/incorrect window.
  • Clearance or promotional items marked final sale.
